The distinctive characteristic of this layout is that its items can expand on click. For that very purpose, there is an additional Expand option in the Clickable List Item section.

Expand Action

The first 4 fields of the block are supposed to be shown by default (although you can hide those as well), while the rest (below the Divider field) become visible when the list item is expanded.
